We’re Elliot Lee and Anthony Forde — co-founders of the Lee Forde Academy and professional footballers with careers shaped by hard work, dedication, and a constant desire to improve.

Throughout our journeys in professional football, our commitment and determination have been the foundation of our success. From our early days as kids with big dreams, to playing at the highest levels, we’ve gained invaluable experience that we’re now passionate about sharing.

The Lee Forde Academy is built on our love for the game. Our goal is to inspire and guide the next generation by passing on the lessons we’ve learned—both on and off the pitch. Whether it’s technical development, game understanding, or mindset, we’re here to support young players in reaching their full potential.
